Post Cards

So I went to the post office to mail a couple of post cards (the first of many) and I had to wait roughly 15 minutes before being served. Then, when I got up to the desk, I feebly asked in my horrid Spanish verb conjugation, "Puedo enviar estos?" "Ah, sí." Said the man behind the counter. "Donde? Inglaterra?" Embarrassed, I replied, "Oh! Lo siento! Los estados unidos!" Silly me. I had completely forgotten to write USA on every post card! Something you don't really have to think about until you are in another country..
