Nothing particularly special happened at yet another family lunch. It was very enjoyable company. I was able to place myself in more conversations because I am more comfortable with my Spanish now, and they felt they could ask me more questions because I can understand and respond more than I could the last time!
I also started the trend of cafe and rum with this group of family :) They were so funny when I first accepted their offer of wine and then when Julia told them about how I like rum in my coffee and later proved it to be true!
Such a sweet, friendly family. It's going to be so hard to leave.
